Here is a little time saver in MS Excel for those of who use it for data and calculations.
If your figures don’t look correct and you want to check your formulas: You can display the formula used in a cell by hitting just two keys: Ctrl + `
` (known as the acute accent key) – this key is furthest to the left on the row with the number keys. When shifted it is the tilde (~).
Here is an example, first pic is some sample figures in columns A and B and formulas in column C:
Second pic, I have hit Ctrl and the acute accent key as above and now the formulas are displayed. Very useful for finding errors!
